Hey everyone! I'm really frustrated right now because I need to return a pair of AirPods Pro 3 that I bought back on December 15th at the Soho Apple Store in NYC. Now that I'm living in Italy, I want to send them back. I know there's a 14-day return policy, but I went to my local Apple store here and they told me I can't return them in person—I have to send them by post. I'm having a hard time figuring out how to do that, and the Italian Apple support hasn't been much help. Can anyone guide me on how to handle this return? Who should I reach out to? I can't even find a contact email for the Soho Apple Store!

Their phone number is +1-212-226-3126 if you’d rather call. Just keep in mind that it might connect you to English support first. Once you get a person, you can ask them about your options.
If you want to reach the Soho store directly, try emailing them at [email protected]. If you don't get a bounce-back message, then the address is probably valid. You might get a response soon!
I already emailed them and I'm just waiting for a reply.
To return those AirPods, you'll likely need to ship them back to the US and have someone return them for you. It might be tricky, though! The shipping times could be a concern given the return window.
Yeah, I’m also worried about shipping delays from Venice to NYC. Make sure to check the shipping options!

My problem is I’ll get charged for calling from Italy, plus my English is not so great.
