How Can I Stop Constant iOS Update Notifications on My iPhone?

I'm stuck with a full iPhone 11 storage and this annoying iOS update notification keeps popping up every 10 seconds. It's driving me crazy and I really don't want to clear out space on my phone. I need help figuring out how to get rid of this notification before I lose my mind or break my phone. Any suggestions?

You can connect your phone to a computer and do the update from there. It might help get rid of those pop-ups, but you’ll still need some space available for the update to go through.
