I'm still getting weather notifications for a town I no longer live in, even though I've updated my Apple ID, maps, and removed it from the weather app. Can anyone share some tips on how to completely turn off these notifications? I would really appreciate it!

You might want to try resetting your location settings. Go to Settings, then General, and look for 'Transfer or Reset iPhone'. From there, select 'Reset' and choose 'Reset Location & Privacy'. That could help clear out any old location data that might be causing the notifications to come through!
