I recently bought a second hand computer and I'm looking for ways to ensure it's secure and free from malware. I've already factory reset it a couple of times, but I'm wondering if I should go the extra mile and reinstall the operating system using a flash drive. If so, is it okay to use the same flash drive I used before?

Reinstalling Windows is a solid step to minimize the risk of malware. A clean reinstall will give you a fresh start.
