I'm trying to help a friend who has Tenorshare on her Windows 11 computer, but we can't seem to uninstall it. She's been getting these annoying "shareware" pop-ups asking her to pay for virus cleaning, which we know is a scam. I've looked in the Programs and Features and in Settings > Apps, but I can't find Tenorshare anywhere. I even searched the Registry for "Tenorshare" but with no luck. Has anyone else experienced this and managed to successfully uninstall it?

If you suspect there's malware involved, definitely check out a malware guide. It's crucial to clean your system thoroughly to avoid any unnecessary issues. Just a heads up, that could be part of the problem you're dealing with.
You might want to check the installation date of your apps. Sort them by date to see if anything looks suspicious. I’m not familiar with Tenorshare, but running Malwarebytes could help remove it if it's bundled with unwanted software.

Thanks for the tip! I'm running Malwarebytes right now to see if it catches anything.
