Hey everyone! I need some advice regarding my iPhone 13. I've had it for a while now, and overall it's been great, but I've run into a problem: every time I charge it, it gets super hot. I even get a warning saying charging will pause until the phone cools down. I've reached out to the store where I bought it, but they haven't replied about my warranty situation. I spoke to Apple, and they mentioned that if the issue continues, I might be able to pursue it, but there aren't any Apple Stores in my country. Has anyone experienced this before? Do you think it's practical to send the phone to the US for repairs, or is there a better option? Any tips would be really helpful!

It sounds like your battery health might be pretty low—probably in the 70s or worse. Since the iPhone 13 came out a while ago, it’s possible that the battery has degraded significantly. If you didn’t get AppleCare, then your warranty might be up. Either you can consider getting a new phone or take it to a local authorized service center to get that battery replaced.
Have you tried using a lower wattage charger? I found that high-speed chargers can make my iPhone 13 heat up way more than usual. If that doesn't help, shipping your phone to the US for repairs could end up being more expensive than just getting it fixed locally.
