Is Anyone Else Experiencing Dragging Issues on Windows 11?

I've been having a persistent issue with my Windows 11 where dragging things on the screen gets stuck. It's frustrating and often forces me to restart my PC. Has anyone else encountered this problem and is there a fix?

It sounds like your PC might be freezing. You might want to check if your GPU or disk usage is at 100% or if there are Windows updates running in the background.
