I've been dealing with some frustrating issues since the major outage this week. My Bedrock agents aren't working at all, and they keep throwing a vague "ARN not found" error, even though I haven't changed any settings. I've tried setting up new agents without any special instructions, but they still show the same error. This problem appears no matter how I try to access the model, whether it's through the Bedrock interface, CLI, or SDK. Curiously, the error message also mentions needing to request model access, which I thought was no longer necessary after the changes made earlier this year. Has anyone else encountered similar problems?
***EDIT:*** I think I've narrowed it down. It seems there's an issue with my agent's alias. When I use TSTALIASID, everything works smoothly, but routing through the correct alias triggers the error, which is bizarre.

I wanted to chime in on the spelling part. Just a heads up, it’s 'affected', not 'effected'. It’s easy to mix them up, but it’s good to double-check before pointing fingers!
If you’re going to critique someone's spelling, you might want to make sure your own grammar is spot on too.
I’m having issues too! My Bedrock agents are still working but I keep getting a ton of alerts on my console. It’s definitely not smooth sailing post-outage! How often are you trying to access your agents?

I totally get it! English can be tricky with its homonyms. Don’t sweat it too much, we all make mistakes.
