I'm considering moving my LAMP project from shared hosting to CloudWays. Has anyone used it? How's the overall experience? I'm hoping for improved uptime and less hassle with infrastructure.

I've been using CloudWays for a while now, and honestly, it’s been getting a bit worse over the years. Customer support has really declined, although the tech support is still okay. I would definitely steer clear of the Rackspace email add-on, though. They've had major deliverability issues, and it took them ages to solve it. Just something to keep in mind!
Are your main issues with email and support, or are there other concerns too?
