Is DDR5 6000MHz CL46 RAM Worth It for Gaming?

I'm upgrading my PC from an AM4 setup with a Ryzen 5 3600 and a GeForce 1070 Ti, to an AM5 with an RTX 5060 and a Ryzen 7800x3D. I'm looking to get 32GB of RAM, but I've found a 2x16GB kit at a decent price, though it comes with a catch: it's 6000MHz with a CL46 latency. My question is, could this combination be problematic for gaming? Will I experience stuttering due to the higher latency, and how much should I consider spending more for RAM with lower latency?

From what I've seen, the CL latency mainly affects your 1% lows. If you're okay with a little inconsistency in your frame rates, then this kit should be a good fit for you!

Honestly, in gaming, that kind of latency isn't too noticeable. Even though CL46 is higher, it shouldn't cause any real problems. 6000MHz is a great frequency right now, so I wouldn't sweat it too much!

It's interesting how the discussion around CL latency seems to have ramped up since DDR5 launched. Did people just overlook it before?
