I'm in Vancouver, British Columbia, and the Microsoft 365 Admin Center is unavailable for me. Is anyone else seeing the same issue, and are other services such as Entra or Intune still working?

Yes, this appears to be a widespread outage rather than a local issue. People are reporting the Admin Center failing in Canada, the United States, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, and other APAC locations with messages such as “The service is unavailable.”
It briefly started working again for some locations, but others were still seeing errors. The incident was associated with Microsoft service alert MO1488931, so it’s likely a temporary service-side problem rather than a regional network issue.
The impact seems inconsistent. Some admin dashboards load, while others fail; in some cases the portal opens but changes to users or groups cannot be saved. Entra and Intune were still accessible for some administrators, and Azure itself appeared unaffected.

It came back briefly here too, but the recovery wasn’t consistent. Some areas were still getting the unavailable message afterward.
