Is the Noise from My PNY 5070TI Fan Normal?

Hey everyone! I've got a PNY 5070TI Epic Fan Plus, and I noticed a noise coming from the first fan on the left. I've had it for about three weeks now, and this started recently. It's hard to tell with my headset on and my mic is close to the fan. Is this something I should be concerned about, or is it typical fan noise? I've attached a link to a video for reference: https://imgur.com/a/EmRrNw5

If itโ€™s just that one fan making noise, there might be an issue with it. You should definitely reach out to PNY. But if all the fans sound the same, then itโ€™s probably just normal operation. It's good that you tested it and found out it's likely the left fan. Better safe than sorry!

TechyNinja42: Yeah, I really don't want to go through the hassle of an RMA if it's not absolutely necessary. But I just wanted to be sure before contacting them.

From what you described, it sounds like typical fan noise. I can only hear it through my phone, so it's hard to tell. If it ends up being a major concern for you, contacting PNY would be the way to go. If they confirm it's an issue, then an RMA may be on the table.

TechyNinja42: Exactly, the noise isn't super loud or anything, but it sounds like something might be off, like the fan could be hitting something.
