I'm planning this PC and would appreciate feedback on the component choices. Please keep in mind that I'm buying in another country, so prices and availability may be different. The proposed parts are an ASRock B850 Pro RS motherboard, Ryzen 7 9700X, ID-COOLING 410 air cooler rated for 210 W, 16 GB of RAM using two 8 GB modules at 5600 MT/s and CL46, a Radeon 9060 XT with 16 GB of VRAM, and an ASUS Prime 850 W 80 Plus Gold power supply. Is this a sensible setup, particularly for gaming?

If gaming is the main purpose, you may not need the Ryzen 7 9700X. Consider a Ryzen 5 7500F, 7600, or 9600—whichever is most affordable where you live—and put the savings toward the graphics card or more memory. A B650 motherboard is also worth considering if it costs noticeably less than the B850, since their practical features are very similar for this kind of build.
It may be worth comparing the local price of a Radeon RX 9070 GRE with the 16 GB 9060 XT. If the difference is reasonable, the faster graphics card could provide a more noticeable improvement in gaming than spending extra on the processor or a newer motherboard.
It looks like a solid overall system, and it should handle gaming and other workloads well. The best choices depend heavily on what you plan to use it for, though, so your country, total prices, and whether this is mainly for gaming would help determine if anything should be changed.
