Issues Installing and Opening Microsoft Teams on Windows 11

I was using Microsoft Teams just fine, but suddenly it stopped opening. I decided to uninstall it and then tried to reinstall it by downloading the installer directly from the Microsoft website. When I run the installer, it briefly shows 'downloading teams' and then disappears. After waiting a few minutes, I see Teams listed in the start menu, but it still won't open. I've tried clearing caches and even ran a script I found online to uninstall and reinstall Teams, but nothing has worked. I also attempted the installation option for a single computer as per the official Microsoft guide, but I can't find a Teams folder in AppData>Roaming>Microsoft. The installer seems very small, only about 32 or 40 KB. Does anyone have any suggestions?

Make sure to back up any crucial data before changing system settings. It’s always best to ensure your backups are good. If you used a script to uninstall, double-check that it removed everything. After that, a clean restart might do the trick.

First, try uninstalling Teams and any Teams-related installer from your system. Restart your computer and then try reinstalling Teams again. You might need to restart once more after installation for it to work properly.

For a more thorough uninstall, consider using Revo Uninstaller. It helps remove all traces of the program, including leftover files and registry entries.
