Hey everyone! I just picked up a second-hand Ally Z1, and after a factory reset, I'm having trouble signing into my Microsoft account. Every time I try, it keeps saying "Oops, you've lost internet connection," even though I can browse the web after skipping the internet setup. I'm really stuck with the "Something went wrong" message every time I attempt to sign in. I'm feeling a bit panicked about this! So, how can I fix this looping issue? Also, do you think system updates could potentially solve this problem?

Don’t worry, these tech issues can happen to anyone! If you're still stuck after trying updates, I’d recommend going to the shop where you bought the phone. They might have more insight on whether it’s a hardware issue or if they can help reset the software properly. Just be patient; they'll help you out!
It sounds super frustrating! From what I've seen, this kind of issue can happen with either a software glitch or a network setup problem. If you can access the internet otherwise, maybe try checking for any pending system updates or resetting your network settings in the phone. Sometimes, a simple restart or clearing the cache for the Microsoft account app might help too. Don't hesitate to contact tech support if it keeps happening!
Thanks for the tips! I'll definitely check for updates and try clearing the app cache. It feels like I’ve tried everything already, so I really appreciate the suggestions!

Yeah, I'm planning to visit them soon! I just hope it’s not something major. Thanks for the advice!
