I'm having trouble signing into Office 365 apps using Google Workspaces as our identity provider (SAML). We've been using this setup for about two years without any issues until just two days ago. Users can still access the web versions of Microsoft accounts, and PowerShell confirms that the connection works fine. However, any user who signs out of Microsoft Apps or Teams cannot sign back in; they get the error: "We can't connect you. Looks like we can't connect to one of our services right now. Please try again later, or contact your helpdesk if the issue persists." I've opened a case with Microsoft, but I haven't heard back after the initial call. Has anyone else experienced this problem or have any insights into what might be causing it?

We’re running into the same issue starting around the same time! It really seems like something is off on the backend. We could really use some guidance from Microsoft on this one.
Just a thought, but why did you choose Google Workspaces as your IDP instead of Entra? Seems like there might be easier integration options with Entra if you're already using Microsoft services.

We went with Google Workspaces because it was already set up for other applications. Adding Office apps and PowerBI later made sense with the existing SSO setup. It was working perfectly until now!
