I was recently locked out of my account after it was incorrectly flagged for misuse. The flag was lifted within just four hours, but when I tried to log back in, I didn't receive any code for access. Fortunately, I was able to reset my password and get back in, but now I'm faced with a 2-3 business day wait for a response regarding the issue. As a paying customer, I'm frustrated that I have to deal with this inconvenience especially since I've been a loyal subscriber all year. I'm wondering if anyone else has gone through something similar and what the outcome was. Also, shouldn't there be some sort of temporary account solution for situations like this?
