Looking for a Minimalist GUI File Manager with a Three-Column View

I'm searching for a GUI file manager that has a three-column layout similar to ranger or Yazi, but without a side panel and with a minimalist design. I'm tired of the bulky interfaces of programs like Dolphin, but I also appreciate the simplicity and ease of navigation that Yazi provides. Pantheon Files was on my radar, but I'm not sure how to install it on my distro, which is EndeavourOS. I switched to Linux just a couple of weeks ago and have zero coding experience, so I'm looking for something that won't add too much complexity. Additionally, I'm having trouble with Yazi's mounting drives and drag-and-drop plugins, which is making me seek alternatives. Any suggestions?

You could try out SuperFile. It’s minimalistic and has decent functionality. Again, it’s another TUI but might fit what you're after. Just keep in mind its features.

If you're struggling with Yazi, there are some plugins available on its GitHub page for mounting drives. You might want to check out their documentation. It can sometimes be tricky when you're starting out, but don't give up!

I already looked, but I couldn’t get those plugins to work for me.

It sounds like you're looking for a 'miller columns' style layout. You might want to check out some alternatives like the one listed on GitHub that has miller columns, though it's a terminal-based one. I'm not sure if it offers drag and drop, but it could be worth a look if you're okay with TUI apps.

I would prefer not to use a terminal interface unless it has drag and drop and easy mounting features.

I’ve also heard about Pantheon Files. It may take some extra effort to get it running on EndeavourOS, but it could be a solution worth pursuing.
