My friend's company needs to find a reliable managed service provider (MSP) in the Devon area. They expect the MSP to be transparent and proactive, moving away from the typical break/fix model. With around 25 users, their needs include endpoint management, Microsoft 365 support, antivirus/EDR, email security, and management of their office network and small server setup that hosts their ERP. There's also a possibility they might want to migrate to Azure in the future for cost efficiency and easier maintenance. Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated!

Synextra is another option. They aren’t in Devon, but they’re pretty direct and know their stuff. Even if they might be too small for your friend's needs, they could offer some good advice.
