I'm looking for an easy-to-use office management software that I can start using right away. My focus is mainly on managing office and desk spaces since we often have clashes with booking conference rooms and desks in our hybrid setup. It doesn't need to cover too much right now. If there are other features or considerations I should be aware of, please share!

If you're using Exchange, you might want to look into Room Mailboxes for scheduling. They’re pretty standard and straightforward to set up. I can share some docs to help you get started!
For conference rooms, many offices use 365 calendars. Just remember, if you're using reservation software, see how it integrates with other systems you may have, like access badges or displays for meeting rooms.
Robin works pretty well for basic desk booking and calendar integration, but if you're looking to save a bit, consider Archie. The pricing is a bit different, so it's worth a look!
Have you mentioned what platform you're working with? Are you on Microsoft 365, GSuite, or something else? It really helps in narrowing down the options!
Archie and Skedda are both solid choices. From my experience, Archie tends to be simpler and quicker to set up. On the pricier side, there’s Envoy if you're interested in exploring more. Worth checking out!

I agree! Archie is nice because it has a user-friendly interface, but Skedda also has a fantastic support team for onboarding. You can try those out to see which one fits better.
