I just received a notice from AWS that my account is being terminated in 5 days, and I'm in total panic mode. My account is home to a live app that my customers rely on for their appointments and bookings, and I really need to figure this out fast. The issue seems to stem from a mismatch between the business info I used for my LLC and my personal billing details. I registered my account under my LLC, but I've been using my personal Payoneer card to handle payments, which is all legitimate and can be verified.
I've sent all the necessary documents - like formation docs and bank statements - exactly as they asked. A few weeks ago, my Amazon account was already blocked, and despite my constant follow-ups and providing all information, I've never received a clear reply. Now, my AWS account is facing termination too? I've sent multiple appeals and submitted documents through their portal, but I feel like nobody is even looking at my case.
I deeply regret choosing AWS to host my app, and I'm just hoping someone actually reviews my appeal in time so I don't lose everything I've built. Is there any way to get AWS's attention before it's too late?
