I received a GTX 5060 Ti and removed my GTX 1650 to install it, only to discover that the newer card needs a dedicated power connection from the PSU. I put the GTX 1650 back in, but now the computer powers on without displaying anything on the TV that I use as a monitor. The PC power light also blinks slowly instead of staying solid.
While making room for the larger graphics card, I unplugged and moved a Samsung 840 Evo SSD, a Crucial BX200 SSD, and a Seagate 2TB hard drive, then reconnected them. I'm not sure whether the problem is related to the graphics card, a loose connection, or something else, and I'd appreciate suggestions for safe troubleshooting steps.

Since several drives were unplugged and moved, reseat all of their power and data cables, but start with the basics: shut the PC down, disconnect power, reseat the GTX 1650 and both RAM sticks, and verify that the monitor cable is connected to the active graphics output. Try booting with only one RAM stick and the minimum hardware connected. The CX650M is a 650W PSU, so it should be adequate for the GTX 1650; the immediate issue is more likely a loose connection or an incomplete seating of a component.
First, confirm which light is blinking—the PC’s power light or the TV’s standby light. Try connecting the display cable to the motherboard’s video output so the Intel processor’s integrated graphics can be tested. If there is still no image, power the system off and reset the BIOS/CMOS using the motherboard manual’s instructions. Also check that the graphics card is fully seated and that the PCIe slot’s retention latch was released before removing and reinstalling it.
The new card requiring a PSU cable does not explain why the old GTX 1650 stopped displaying after being reinstalled. Don’t force the card into the slot, and make sure the slot latch is engaged. If the motherboard has diagnostic indicators, check whether it reports a VGA, memory, or boot failure; that can point to the loose component. You can also test the system without the drives connected, since storage is not required just to reach the BIOS screen.
