I'm in search of a reliable email tool that our marketing team can use to send messages to both internal and external users. We'll be sending out regular marketing updates as well as other communications. What tools do you recommend for managing email sends in this context?

I think it really depends on how many emails you'll be sending. What volume are you planning on?
We typically use both SendGrid and Mailgun based on our needs and email volumes. They each have their strengths for different scenarios, so it’s worth looking into both.
I would suggest looking into SendGrid and Mailchimp. They’re popular and get the job done, but you should also take security into consideration regarding spoofing attacks that can happen with these platforms.
I’ve used Mailgun for transactional emails and have tried out Resend. They both help manage your DNS records easily. If you’ll be adding service providers, make sure to set up DMARC too for better security. I even built a tool for it, and you can check it out at dmarcsecure.com if you're interested!
I’ve had good experiences with Resend for sending out emails. It’s straightforward and effective!

That's a good point! Be sure to check your SPF records and ensure you limit the platforms your marketing team uses to avoid security issues.
