Runtime Options Missing in Lambda Creation - Anyone Else Facing This?

I've been working on Lambda applications for about a month now without any problems. However, today when I went to create a new application, I noticed that there are no runtime options available in the Language section. Since picking a runtime is a must, I'm stuck and can't proceed. Is this a common issue, or is anyone else experiencing this too?
