Hey everyone! I'm trying to decide between two options for my gaming rig. I can go for a used combo that includes an R9 5900X, a B550 Aorus Elite V2 motherboard, and 32GB of Kingston Fury RAM (3600MHz) for about 300 euros (around 350 USD). Alternatively, I could opt for a new AM5 setup, possibly the Ryzen 7500F at 150 euros or the 7600X for about 200 euros, with a motherboard costing around 120 euros and RAM for roughly 100 euros. I'm planning on pairing either setup with a 5060 Ti or 5070 2GB for gaming. Which option do you think is better?

Don’t forget about the RAM! It's also crucial. Make sure you get at least 6000 MHz, since that can make a noticeable difference, especially on the new AM5 platform.
Honestly, when it comes to gaming, the 5900X is still a beast and competes well with newer CPUs like the 7600X or 7500F. The performance difference really isn't massive if you're looking at the latest titles.
