Struggling to Log into My Microsoft Account—Need Help!

Hey folks, I'm really having a hard time logging into my Microsoft account for the past four days. My password that I believe is correct doesn't seem to work, so I tried to change it. However, since I have two-step verification enabled, I need to enter a code sent to my security email. But after I input the code, it just asks for it again and then doesn't go through, displaying an error. If I request a code multiple times, it tells me I've requested too many codes.
I attempted to verify using my phone, but the captcha gets stuck and I never receive a code. If I try the captcha again, it says that verification is currently unavailable.
Additionally, I tried the account recovery form, but since my account has two-step authentication, it seems that won't work either. Does anyone have any advice? The support tools haven't been any help at all.

You might want to check out Microsoft’s official help page for account access issues. They sometimes have specific procedures for handling two-step verification problems. Another thought is to try using the mobile app if you haven't done that yet—it sometimes bypasses those web issues. Hang in there!

I feel your frustration! If the methods you've tried aren't working, you could also try resetting your password from a different device altogether if that's possible. If two-factor is really causing the hiccup, reaching out to Microsoft Support via their chat might be your best bet. They’re usually pretty responsive with these types of issues.

It sounds like you’re in a real tough spot! For the two-step verification issue, I’d suggest waiting a bit before requesting another code. Also, ensure your security email isn’t being filtered into spam. Have you tried using a different web browser or clearing your cache? Sometimes that helps with these glitchy logins. You could also check if there’s an official Microsoft support number you can call for issues like this. Good luck!
