I'm considering implementing a monitoring wall for our Sysadmin and Network team to keep an eye on various metrics like online services (e.g., outages from Microsoft and other external applications), network links from our ISP, server uptime, and key performance indicators for our ticketing systems. What applications would you recommend that could help with this?

What have you found in your research? There are a ton of tools available for these kinds of monitoring tasks, and different ones get suggested all the time.
I've looked into Checkmk, Prometheus+Grafana, and Zabbix. There are so many options, and I just don’t have the time to test them all out!
