I signed up for a concert presale using Sign in with Apple, which gave me a private relay email. Now, Ticketmaster requires my email to match the one used on the other service to redeem my membership and presale code. Unfortunately, Ticketmaster support informed me that I can't use that private relay email since it can only receive messages from the original service. Is there any workaround for this situation? The presale sign-up period has ended, so I can't register again. I'd really appreciate any help here!

You're definitely not alone here! I’m in the same situation and trying to figure this out too. If you find a solution, please update me!
When you sign up with your Apple account, make sure you opt to use your actual email instead of the private relay. It should let you link your real email address instead, which might help.
This seems more like a logistical issue with Ticketmaster than anything with Apple’s features being faulty. You might need to contact Ticketmaster to see what proof they need that you own the account. They should clarify what you can do about this situation.
I get that the feature works, but I'm hoping there’s a workaround where emails sent from that relay can still come from multiple domains. Right now, Ticketmaster emails are bouncing because of the setup.

I just called Ticketmaster and they said there’s nothing they can do. They mentioned they've received a ton of calls about this issue! It seems like our only option was to create a new account with the email before the presale. So disappointing...
