Has anyone else been having issues contacting AWS Support lately? I've got a case on my personal account to help get End User Messaging out of sandbox mode, but it hasn't been addressed for two months now. Also, on my work account, we had an S3 bucket that was left exposed without CloudFront. A bot exploited this and transferred over 27 TB of data, resulting in a $2,500 bill! I opened a support case about that three weeks ago, but no response. I tried requesting a chat session and waited for three hours with no one connecting, and I've also asked for a call back but didn't receive any call either.

What kind of support plan do you have for each of your accounts? It's usually a big factor in how fast you can get help from AWS.
