I'm encountering a frustrating problem with users who have Microsoft accounts. Whenever they try to access any Microsoft 365 application, they get a prompt to enter their password. However, after submitting it, they are immediately met with the same prompt, and they're trapped in this endless cycle. I've already cleared all Windows credentials, deleted everything in the OneAuth folder, and even reinstalled Office, OneDrive, and Teams, but nothing seems to solve the problem. Any advice?

Have you tried using incognito mode in your browser? It might help dodge some issues. It's great that it works fine there, but it seems like the problem is more with Windows itself.
Are the users signed in with their Microsoft accounts on their local machines? You might want to check the 'Share across devices' section in settings. Sometimes it prompts for signing in again there.
First off, does it work properly on the website? Make sure your credentials are valid there. We've had similar issues before, and running the Microsoft Office uninstall tool usually did the trick. Also, check if your BIOS is up to date, and ensure TPM is enabled. Just remember to suspend or turn off BitLocker before messing with any BIOS settings.
Have you checked the Entra sign-in logs? It's worth verifying that there's no conditional access policy causing the login failures. Interestingly, I had this issue once, and logging out of an Office app like Word and then logging back in actually resolved the login loop for me.
