Hey everyone! We've got a team of around 40 people, and we're currently using Google Workspace for our emails. While it works fine for us, the costs are starting to add up as we bring on more members. I'm looking for some recommendations on cheaper alternatives that still offer unlimited email storage. It might be tough to find something that matches all of Google Workspace's features and performance. The main alternatives like Microsoft 365 and Google Apps for Enterprise are pretty much your only real choices. Just keep in mind that costs are a part of the business.
Just to give you an idea, Google Workspace starts around $7 USD per account. If emails are your main concern, Microsoft 365 is a good contender at around $4 USD per account with a 50 GB mailbox. They even have smaller plans for about $2 USD! Plus, if you're already using Microsoft Office, combining subscriptions could save you some cash.
