I'm planning to upgrade my PC case and would love something with a mostly see-through design, similar to the NZXT H9 Flow. I don't know much about cases yet, so I'm looking for recommendations that offer glass panels around the front and sides while staying at or below a $125 budget. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

For a more premium-looking option, the Antec C6 is a nice choice. The Cooler Master Elite 690 is usually cheaper, while the Thermaltake View 330 offers a smaller alternative. The Lian Li SUP01 is another distinctive option if you care about airflow and appearance.
The Montech TG3 is worth checking out. It has tempered-glass panels on the front and side, includes four ARGB fans, and is usually one of the cheaper panoramic-style cases.
The NZXT H6 Elite often sells close to your budget, and the newer H7 Flow may also be worth considering if you want a similar modern look. Just keep in mind that replacing the included fans with better ones could increase the total cost.
The Phanteks Evolv X2 has glass on three sides, so it gives an even more open, see-through appearance than many H9-style cases. Also look at the SAMA V60 and HYTE Y50, but confirm their current prices and make sure the case supports your motherboard, graphics card, radiator, and power supply.
