What are some good tools for migrating emails between Exchange Online tenants?

I'm trying to find effective tools for migrating emails from one Exchange Online tenant to another. We've been using BitTitan's MigrationWiz, but it seems to be getting slower with each migration, and the whole process feels a bit outdated. Ideally, I'd like to keep costs similar, around $14 per mailbox. Any suggestions or experiences with other migration tools?

I've mainly used BitTitan too, but I've definitely noticed the speed issues. It can be pretty frustrating when the process drags on for no clear reason. I once had a simple verification task take over two hours for one mailbox, which just doesn't add up! Maybe we've hit some throttling limits on Microsoft's side? Seems like there's always something slowing things down.

Exactly! I had a "Verify Credentials" request take 40-60 minutes on just one mailbox, and that’s just checking whether the credentials are valid. It should be much quicker than that!

Codetwo could be a solid choice too—it works efficiently and costs around $10 per mailbox. Might be worth checking out if you're looking to save a bit on costs while still having a good tool.

I had a decent experience with AvePoint Fly for my first Microsoft 365 migration earlier this year; it worked pretty well! Definitely worth considering if you're looking for alternatives to BitTitan.
