I've been using my dad's Apple Account on my iPhone since I was younger, and I'd like to create my own account and sign out of his when I'm allowed to. I'm confused about what will happen to my installed apps, game progress, photos, videos, screen recordings, screenshots, and the apps I'm signed into. Will my Gmail accounts and email addresses remain on the phone, or will switching accounts remove them?

When you sign out of the current Apple Account, the iPhone will ask whether you want to keep certain data on the device or remove it. Choose the option to keep the data if you want your photos, videos, screenshots, screen recordings, contacts, and other locally stored information to remain on the phone. Be especially careful with anything synced through iCloud, since that data may belong to your dad’s account and should be checked before signing out.
Your Gmail accounts should not be removed just because you sign out of the Apple Account. They are separate accounts. You may need to sign back into some individual apps, though, and app purchases or updates tied to your dad’s Apple Account may still require his account or a new purchase. Game progress depends on how each game saves data—some use their own login, while others store progress through Apple’s game services—so check each important app before switching.
