What to Do If I Left My Unlocked Phone in Public?

I had a bit of a brain freeze this week and left my unlocked Samsung phone at the park for around 10 to 15 minutes while I was listening to music through my Bluetooth earbuds. When I returned, I noticed a group of young adults hanging nearby, and one of them seemed to catch my eye and muttered something. I can't tell if they were just reacting to me or if it meant something else.
I checked to see if anyone could've accessed my emails, as the app isn't password protected. I went through various steps to make sure everything was okay, such as checking app caches, downloads, email settings, the Google Play Store for any new apps, and browser history. Despite checking as much as I could, I still feel uneasy. Should I be worried? Is there anything else I need to check? Should I consider doing a factory reset on my phone?

Chances are slim that anyone would know enough to mess with your phone undetectably. For a non-rooted device, anything they tried to install should show up in your app list. Honestly, doing a factory reset might be overkill. Just keep an eye on it for now.

AnotherUser97: Yeah, did a scan with Malwarebytes already. And when you mention checking the history, are you referring to the site visits in Chrome? I checked that too!
