I accidentally set up Screen Time restrictions on my husband's phone, and now I've forgotten the passcode. When I try to access the settings, I don't see any 'forgot passcode' or 'reset passcode' options. I heard that this might happen if the device was set up as a child device. What should I do if I can't remember the code and my husband urgently needs to access an important file?

You might want to try selecting 'change screen time passcode'. Sometimes it gives you an option to reset it from there. Just be aware it doesn't always show up, which is super frustrating!
Unfortunately, if you've forgotten the Screen Time passcode, you'll need to erase and reset the whole phone to remove the restrictions. It’s a hassle, but that’s the only way to get around it.
