I'm planning to install Bazzite on an upgraded OptiPlex 3020 for game emulation and as a replacement for my smart TV's operating system. I'd like a TV-style interface with large icons and controller-friendly navigation for services such as YouTube, Netflix, Disney+, and Prime Video. Ideally, the apps should support 1080p playback and be easy to launch from Bazzite. What software or setup would work best?

Kodi is another option. It provides a ten-foot-style interface and can organize media and add-ons in a way that feels more like a TV operating system. However, support and maximum resolution for commercial streaming services such as Netflix, Disney+, and Prime Video can vary, so it may not provide the same experience as their official apps.
KDE Plasma Bigscreen may be worth investigating. It provides a TV-oriented interface designed for navigating apps from a distance, so it could pair well with a Bazzite-based living-room setup.
