I recently used the Express Replacement service for my iPhone 16 Pro and sent back my old device two days ago. FedEx confirmed that it has been delivered to Apple, but I haven't heard anything from them yet. I reached out to support chat, and they mentioned it might take a few days, despite the delivery confirmation. I'm still seeing a hold on my credit card. Does anyone know what might be causing this delay, or have you experienced something similar?

Keep in mind, there was a holiday recently in the US, which could cause some delays in processing and communications.
Just a heads up, even if FedEx delivered your phone, it might still be sitting in a warehouse somewhere. Processing can take a bit of time.
Apple usually takes about 10 business days to handle these replacements. If you don’t hear back by then, it’s worth following up with them.
Honestly, I get your frustration! But just be patient; it’s probably standard delays. Scammers do exist in these processes, but your replacement should be fine!
