Hey everyone! I'm looking for advice on the most affordable way to use Claude 3.7, like how Cursor allows it after a $20 subscription for just $0.05 per request. I work on multiple PCs, and it's frustrating that Claude doesn't sync chat history across devices. If I go for the Claude 3.7 API on my own, the costs skyrocket. Does anyone know of a cheaper alternative to the API?

Have you checked out DesktopCommander MCP with Claude Desktop? It’s a fixed monthly price of $20 and doesn’t charge by usage, so you might save some cash that way! You can find it [here](https://github.com/wonderwhy-er/DesktopCommanderMCP).
That's interesting! I wonder what the advantages are over just using Claude Desktop with a Filesystem MCP Server.
Is there any open-source tool or code available for Claude that might help in cutting costs?
Have you thought about GitHub Copilot as an alternative? It could be a decent option depending on your needs.
What does it offer in terms of features compared to Claude Pro?
