I need to cancel several Comcast Business services, but I keep getting stuck when I call 800-391-3000. Does anyone have a better cancellation number or a more reliable way to get the request processed?

Try calling 844-822-4208. That number was suggested as an alternative for handling Comcast Business cancellations.
Be prepared for a retention pitch once you reach the right department. They may try to persuade you to keep the services, so stay firm if you’ve already decided to cancel.
