I need to cancel several Comcast Business services, but I keep getting stuck when calling the usual 800-391-3000 number. Does anyone have a better cancellation or account-support number?

Try Comcast Business support at 844-822-4208. That number may get you to the right department more reliably.
Be prepared for the retention team to make a strong attempt to keep your account. They may offer discounts or other incentives, so be clear that you’ve already made your decision.
I stayed firm and got everything canceled.
