I recently initiated a repair for a cracked screen on my Apple Watch, which I have covered under AppleCare. Unfortunately, I've had a frustrating experience with support, including being disconnected during calls and not having my issue resolved. I opted for an express replacement and was told an email with payment instructions would be sent. However, the email I received only directs me to my account, without any information about my repair request or how to make the payment. It's been five hours since then, and I was warned that if I don't pay, my repair request could be canceled. What's going on?

Just wanted to say I went through the same hassle once. Logging into their support page helped me track down what I needed. Good luck!
Have you looked for a case ID or repair number in that email? You might also want to log into mysupport.apple.com to check the status of your repair. I’m not sure if the payment can be made there, but it’s worth a shot.
Ugh, that's really frustrating! I had a similar issue where the email took me to the same spot. Hopefully, they get it sorted out soon!
