I've been using the Infinix ZERO 5G for a few months now without any problems. However, about two or three weeks ago, I noticed that some apps, like Chrome and YouTube, start loading and then just crash after a few seconds. I managed to fix a few other apps by reinstalling them, but I can't reinstall Chrome and YouTube since they keep closing right away. I've thought about doing a factory reset, but that feels a bit extreme and inconvenient. Has anyone else experienced this, or does anyone have suggestions on how to fix it?

First things first, have you tried rebooting your phone? Sometimes a simple restart can do wonders for crashing apps. It refreshes the system and clears temporary glitches.
