Why Can't I Call My Mom?

I have a Galaxy A55, and I'm having a strange issue where I can't call my mom. It's not a blocking issue because I'm not blocked on her phone, and she can receive calls from others without a problem. I can call anyone else just fine, and she can call me, but I get a busy signal every time I try to call her. I've even tried blocking and unblocking myself several times, but nothing changed. Her phone is a Poco M3.

Have you thought about clearing the cache partition on your phone? Sometimes that can fix weird technical glitches. You can find instructions on how to do that for your Galaxy A55 on the Samsung website.

Have you tried testing both phones when they're next to each other? It could help clear up any confusion. You might also want to delete her contact from your phone and have her remove your contact as well, then try again. If the busy signal persists, it’s likely an issue with the service provider rather than the phones themselves.
