Why can't I open my downloaded Snapchat pictures on Windows 11?

I'm trying to download my Snapchat memories to my Windows 11 PC, but the pictures are saving as a strange file type that I can't open. I get a warning message saying that my internet security settings are blocking some files from being opened. I'm not sure how to change the file type either. Any help would be appreciated!

Have you checked the properties of the file? If it just shows up as "file" with no extension, that might be an issue on its own. You could try renaming it to something like '.jpg' or '.png' and see if that allows you to open it.
