I bought a second-hand iPhone 6 for 8,000 and fully reset it before creating a new Apple Account. Now I can't download many apps because they show messages saying they aren't compatible. I don't have access to the previous owner's account. Is there any way to make the phone run these apps, perhaps through an alternative method?

The iPhone 6 is limited to an older version of iOS, and most current apps no longer support it. A factory reset or new Apple Account won’t change the phone’s maximum iOS version, so newer apps generally can’t be installed.
Unfortunately, the device is obsolete for modern app support. You may be able to reinstall an older compatible version of an app only if it was previously downloaded with the same Apple Account, but a new account usually won’t have that download history. Otherwise, the practical option is upgrading to a newer iPhone.
