I've been having a frustrating issue with my Android phone where it continues to think I'm in Bulgaria, even though I've been living in the USA for the past year. I initially noticed this on my Pixel 4a, and now I'm using a Galaxy 14 with the same Google account. The weather app, dating apps, and my phone's clock keep showing Bulgaria as my location. I managed to remove Bulgaria from my favorite locations in the weather app and reset the time, but it keeps reverting back. My location settings are precise, and I haven't noticed any suspicious activity on my Google account. I'm using the phone on Wi-Fi without a SIM card, connected to my LTE router that does have a SIM card. Any advice on how to fix this odd situation?

Honestly, at this point, you might just want to embrace it! Maybe Bulgaria is your new digital home!
It sounds like a glitch where your account or device settings are still linked to Bulgaria. Try contacting Google support for help. They might be able to check your account settings and see if something's off. You can reach them through their website or the help section in your Google app.
How do I get in touch with Google support? Is there a specific page or app I should use?

Haha, that's one way to look at it!
