Why Does My Android Think I'm in Bulgaria Instead of the USA?

I've been having a frustrating issue with my Android phone where it continues to think I'm in Bulgaria, even though I've been living in the USA for the past year. I initially noticed this on my Pixel 4a, and now I'm using a Galaxy 14 with the same Google account. The weather app, dating apps, and my phone's clock keep showing Bulgaria as my location. I managed to remove Bulgaria from my favorite locations in the weather app and reset the time, but it keeps reverting back. My location settings are precise, and I haven't noticed any suspicious activity on my Google account. I'm using the phone on Wi-Fi without a SIM card, connected to my LTE router that does have a SIM card. Any advice on how to fix this odd situation?
