Why does my iPhone 15 keep restarting and occasionally entering recovery mode?

My iPhone 15 has been shutting down and restarting by itself. It started a few months ago as an occasional issue, but now it happens several times a day, sometimes repeatedly within a short period. On a few occasions, the phone has also opened the recovery screen, although it reports no specific problem. Battery health appears normal, and I couldn't find any "panic-full" entries in the Analytics Data. What should I check next, and is this something that needs professional repair?

I checked the battery health and it looks fine. I also searched the Analytics Data but couldn’t find anything labeled “panic-full,” so I’m not sure what else I can inspect myself.
