I've been using my iPhone 12 since it was released, and I've noticed a really frustrating issue lately. Whenever my battery dips below 20%, the volume drops significantly. It gets so low that I can barely hear it, even if I crank the volume all the way up. This annoying cycle lasts for about 5 minutes, then the volume goes back up for another 5 minutes, and it just keeps repeating until I charge it or the phone dies. Recently, it started happening at 30% too! I've searched through all the settings, but nothing seems to help. I'm at my wits' end and even considering switching to a Samsung. Does anyone know what's going on?

It sounds like your battery might be on its way out. When the battery health drops, it can struggle to provide the necessary power, leading to issues like volume reductions. Check your battery health by going to Settings > Battery > Battery Health & Charging. If your max capacity is below 80%, that could be the problem. Also, it’s important to avoid letting your battery drop too low; try to recharge around 25% to extend its life!

My battery health is at 79%, so that makes sense! I definitely need to keep it charged more often, but it's tricky sometimes.
