Why Does My New iPhone 17 Keep Turning on Do Not Disturb?

I just upgraded from an iPhone X to an iPhone 17, and I'm regretting it. The biggest issue I'm facing is that my new phone keeps automatically switching to Do Not Disturb mode. It's doing this without my permission, even when I'm at work, which means I'm missing crucial emails and texts. I've checked the settings and removed any automatic scheduling for DND, but it still turns on several times a day without notification. It's driving me crazy! Can anyone help me figure out how to stop this?
